If you use the 'Brave' browser, which has in-built ad blocker, then you won't see any ads before during or after any video (nor any other ads anywhere online).
PS. There is also the option on the 'Brave' browser to disable to ad-blocker for certain sites, in case you really want to see ads on some sites..
