The lead photo for this post used to be the pentagon. I've re-read tbe post now and see that you changed the lead photo to a photo of alexander mercuris. In my view, the previous photo (of tne pentagon) was a better choice and better conveyed the message of the post.
I agree. But I have been deleting photos that may lead to me getting sued for copyright violations, which happened to me recently and cost me a ton of money, alas.
About ten years ago I used some photos of people like Mandela and David Rockefeller and Trump and the Clintons etc , in some articles on my old website, that I found from some online newspaper articles. Recently a law firm that specializes in this used AI to discover copyrighted photos online and sued me on behalf of the newspapers and the photographers and I ended up having to pay $13K. So now I try only to use photos that I took myself.

A technical note- Is the quote at the beginning by Col. Larry Wilkerson correct? The words seem to be jumbled towards the end of the quote
Col. Wilkerson was speaking ad lib in this interview and his words were in fact a bit jumbled, but the meaning came through.
