Who Makes Foreign Policy In an Egalitarian Society?

Answer: the Local Assembly of Egalitarians, and nobody else!

All adults who live or work in the local community and who support equality (no rich and no poor) and mutual aid and fairness (i.e., most people, whether they’ve ever heard the word “egalitarian” or not), and ONLY they, have a right to participate as equals in the Local Assembly of Egalitarians.

The Local Assembly of Egalitarians is the sovereign authority for its community. It makes the ONLY laws that everybody in the local community must obey. It, and ONLY it, decides the foreign policy of the local community.

Many local assemblies may send volunteers to the same large Military Organization. If, and only if, a local assembly decides that the Military Organization is in good standing that means the Military Organization can take—for free—from the local community’s economy what it needs or reasonably desires to operate.
