Now It's YOUR Turn to Tell Me Why I'm Wrong (or Right)
I invite you to do so with the comment button.
The banner displayed above shows 500 photos (each one online here) of individual zip code neighbors of mine proudly displaying a sign with the same revolutionary egalitarian words as shown in large font inside the banner. This banner was displayed inside the public library in my neighborhood. It illustrates one of the many possible tactics for implementing the strategy for removing the rich from power that I propose at the end of almost all of my Substack posts, in which I spell out (in nuts and bolts) what my proposed strategy suggests doing, and in which it argues for the merits of that strategy. The strategy I propose is presented in my earlier post, titled “Revolutionary Movement Building 101.”
According to Substack statistics, that post has been viewed 294 times. I REALLY would LOVE to know what viewers of that post think about what it proposes. Do you (assuming you will view it if you haven’t already) think it makes sense and is a good idea? Or do you think it is a foolish or stupid or silly idea? In either case, would you PLEASE let me know what you think of the strategy and—very importantly!—WHY you think it, by using the “Leave a comment” button above.
If I receive enough comments I will create a new post with them (anonymized.)
THANK YOU!
—John
Sorry John, I read quite a bit from your two books.... But not in order , front to back. Therefore I didn't get to that last chapter in No Rich, No Poor which describes your plan
to implement an Egalitarian society.
Now that I did, to say you are a Visionary is such an understatement.
Honestly, I never even attempted to Invision it at that maga- level. I was seeing it at a community level more so like the Amish .
I live in close proximity to the Amish and interact with them at their lumber yards, stores and bakeries. I always enjoy having conversations with them about their society and life in general. I do admire them and am quite jealous of their support style community.
But they live outside the System.
To envision the Amish trying to change the whole American System would be a challenge.
That is because, I think they believe that the Progress of Man has moved too far from the Natural Environment of God.
But Egalitarism does not hold such strict values. So a working environment for an Egalitarian would be more akin to where Union
workers buy and run the plant that once employed them. Which sounds good. But the plant is not run for Profit ,but to produce a quality product and I would have to say that those who are working there are ones who enjoy working with their hands and sharing a cohesion with others who share' like 'values.
The main obstacle I found in fitting in with a capitalistic society was I had no idea of what was available out there... and many things that I learned about later were off limits due to educational requirements and or access to certain fields that required a large sun of money or knowing someone in the business.
That was then, but now young people have been further hampered by an educational system that teaches nothing that allows them to be self sufficient in daily circumstances. There is no more reasoning allowed in school curriculums only getting to their desired answer thru an app or expensive process of elimination methodology.
All done by the Have's to have them entirely dependent on them for their food and any type of repair or service needed. Computers have become our MASTERS and to know something is to,Google It? Not to many men know how to fix things, they just buy new things.... women don't raise their children . Strangers at day care centers do .
The whole country is one Sick Reservation where the Have's offer nothing for our well being but to serve then.
So to stay on focus here....I would like to see Egalitarism take over this whole totally destructive system of Capitalism but it could only start one community at a time. Then and only then when people can see and visit such places will the Great Divide begin between those who want to serve others and those who want to be served.
just saying....
I hope that answered your question a little further..
Of course your right, John !. Your a Teacher of Truths... And Truths can be felt by the heart.. Unlike the lies that are being continuously subjected upon the people these days .
But, I suspect your question has to do with why the Truth is not raging across the country like a wildfire? How is possibly that a man is able to murder 15,000 children in full view on the World's Stage today without anyone lifting a finger?
Sure, there are many intelligent moral men in High Places who are decreeing that the Law of Man prohibits such behavior. There is Biden who says he is heartbroken over these many deaths. There are millions of have-nots protesting around the World demanding their governments do something. Meanwhile, the lies drip from the Have's lips like blood ,as they continue on with their Carnage as if it's just another day at work in their mighty factory of Horror.
Why are the have-nots not able to stop the Have's from controlling us? How are we ever suppose to live in Peace if there is this small percentage of people in Power who seem to control our every action and emotion?
Certainly, the Truth does not matter to them.
The have-nots spend an enormous amount of energy proving thru Truths their vile actions... Only to be dismissed by them with another lie.
Broken senator's that sit in our Broken Hall's of Congress are petitioning the Have's to Stop sending Lethal Weapons to Murder Children.
Yet, the Lying Press is making the have-nots
believe that Netanyahu is the murderer... And the Have's Hands in these murders here in the US are clean ..... Even though without our weapons Netanyahu would be effectively disarmed.
So why is this happening? Again and Again
throughput Man's and the US History?
MY answer is a Spiritual One.
Because we are made in the Likeness of a Loving God we are ill prepared to Stand against Evil. We are not good at lying, we prefer to treat others like we like to be treated, we Trust others not to lie to us, we don't kill... If we kill in self defense, we suffer for it..PTSD. WE don't care about Lording over someone and we don't crave Money or Power.
The Haves are the exact opposite of us.
And they know are short comings.
So how do we the have-nots defeat them?
We need to have a Solidarity with every have-not organization in the country.
It has to be unified in a one for all and all for one manner... In other words if one gets bullied by the Have's all the rest must step into the fight. If one Stands up to the Have's, than we All must Stand Up.
The Haves , because of our nature believe us to be Weak.... We're Not... There is allot more of us and we each have different Gifts given to us.. Some are smarter than others, some are braver than others, some are Teachers, some are fighters, some are better speakers But the one thing we share in Common is out our hatred for the Have's.
I don't have All the Answers. John, is certainly more Visionary than I'll ever be. But I'm pretty certain to pull this off... We cannot do this alone... It must be a Mass movement of like minded people. And I feel it, just like I'm sure John does.... People are hungry for a change for the Betterment of this country and it's just a. Matter of Time for us all to Come Together.
Just saying....
