Harvard University Acting-President Garber Hides His Immoral Support for Israeli Violent Ethnic Cleansing and Genocide With BS about Freedom of Speech
He replaces the Harvard motto, Veritas, with the motto, Non Veritas.
If Harvard University agreed to the pro-Palestine protesters’ demand to divest from Israel (a state that should not exist because it is based on immoral violent ethnic cleansing that has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with making ordinary Israeli Jews safe) THEN there would be no pro-Palestine encampments or protests causing any inconvenience whatsoever and the University could operate in peace.
But Harvard acting-president Garber refuses to divest from Israel. Garber wants Harvard to continue to support immoral violent ethnic cleansing and genocide, and he wants to blame those who rightfully oppose this immoral ethnic cleansing and genocide for interfering with “the right of our community members to do their work, pursue their education, and enjoy the opportunities that a residential campus has to offer.”
When forced to choose between, on the one hand, supporting violent ethnic cleansing and genocide and, on the other hand, keeping Harvard University operating in peace and without any inconvenience, guess what Garber chooses? He chooses to support violent ethnic cleansing and genocide!
Garber is using BS about freedom of speech to cover up the real issue: immoral violent ethnic cleansing and genocide.
Garber wants people to think that the issue is the oh-so difficult and nuanced judgement call about where the right to freedom of speech (and protest) is properly protected versus where it exceeds its proper and permissible bounds. Garber hopes that his BS about the proper limits of freedom of speech will make people forget that the issue is whether Harvard will support violent ethnic cleansing and genocide, or not, and make people forget that Harvard is absolutely supporting it by refusing to divest from Israel.
Here are Garber’s exact disingenuous BS words:
Furthermore, Garber’s “Freedom of Speech” notion is, itself, a bogus concept. Read why in my two articles about freedom of speech:
